AI tools & automation
I build my own AI tools, not just use them: pipelines that cut production time, integrations like the AI nutrition engine in Dishsimply, and the models and scripts that clear busywork. It's how a studio of one keeps pace with teams ten times the size.
SaaS products
Full products, shipped solo end to end. Magpie is a live job-search SaaS I designed, built and run; SocialOut and Dishsimply are mine too, from product and design to code and deployment. I don't just spec software, I ship it.
Productivity tools
I build small tools for how I actually work: the utilities, dashboards and automations that strip the repetitive parts out of running a studio. If a task is worth doing twice, it's worth building the fix.
